Join Ali at Sunset Hill for an hour long yoga class that begins with centering the body through breath and relaxation. We will then focus on stretching the body gently to prepare for a flow series that will invigorate the body and mind. The class will end with a beautiful shavasana to fully restore the body and absorb the benefits of the class. This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners and modifications to poses can always be made.
The class will be held in the Sunset Hill Farmhouse (which is located near the pond).
Session 4 will be held on Sundays, Dec. 2 - 30th from 9-10am. The 5 week series pass is $45.
One class drop in fee is $10.
